our fight for fair wage
fair wage, also known as livable wage, is the hourly rate a worker would need to make working full time in order to live. this is currently set to $15/hour, however, the minimum wage in most states is still $7.25/hour or lower. we know that fair wage isn’t the reality across the country, so we have joined the fight for $15.

our maternity and menstrual leave policy
We believe that body autonomy is of the utmost importance. This is reflected in how we treat our employees.
For employees who have worked with the company for two or more years, we offer parental leave of three months of paid time off and the option to work from home for up to a year.
Additionally, we offer one day per month of paid menstrual leave. This is our way of respecting our employees choices and trusting them to make decisions that are the best for their bodies.
